Feeling a bit trapped Girne left home like any other day in search for adventure. Little did he know about the big things that awaited for him that could very well change his life drastically. He had noticed the ruins on his last venture from home and had become rather curious about them. So that day he follows the over grown stone path till he makes it to a large area where there are huge vine and plant life covered ruins. The buildings hadn't been well kept, but they sure were a beautiful sight to see. Noting that he had found himself in an ancient civilization, Girne decided that he would climb up to the very top of the highest temple so that he can see all of the area and the things it has to offer.
About halfway up the temple his footing is wrong and he steps the wrong way on one of the large foot-steps and almost falls over. Which he knows would have resulted in him tumbling to the ground. Having this thought he begins feeling a bit terrified, so he clings to the steps of the temple taking a deep breath. He then thinks it would be for the best if he were to take a break. The boy turns around and sits on the steps... Sure he may not have made it to the top yet, but the view from where he was, was indeed breath taking.

Sadık was bored so he gone to the ruins near to his house. He was trying to find something important in ruins. He searched everywhere in there but found nothing. He was exhausted so he lie down to have some rest. He looked at the sun and thought about his past. There was nothing good to remember but. Then he saw high temple. It was too high so he decided to go there and find something interesting. Temple seemed to him very ancient so there must be something interesting in there, musn't it? At least he can see the view well than there.
The way to the temple was long and rugged. Climbing there was hard and tiring. He was sure if someone who isn't careful can fall down in here. Then he saw the small footsteps on the way. He thought they were a child's footsteps. They seemed to Sadık new. Maybe he could find that child and ask what he was doing in there. He climbed to the halfway up to the temple. Then he saw the child. He was napping in there quietly. Then he felt a very warm feeling. He thought he has seen him somewhere. He went closer to the child. "Hello" he said. He was sure he has seen that child before. Where could it be?

He didn't hear the other come up and jumps slightly at the sound of the voice. Girne turned to see the tall Turkish man standing over him. "..Hello." Girne finally managed to say while still staring at the manly figure in front of him. Wondering to himself 'what on Earth is he doing here? Oh no, I hope I'm not trespassing...again. If "my keeper" hears I've been in places I shouldn't have again he's sure to tell me that I can't go adventures anymore.' While his mind races he gets to his feet. "Can I help you....Sir..?" he asked feeling a bit shaky and doing his best to hide it.

He seemed to Sadık a little nervous. Sadık moved to the boy slowly. "I was just looking around. You seem a little nervous. What is your name? My name is Sadık Adnan. Nice to meet you. Maybe I can help you with something if you want?" he asked. He was afraid of getting boy scared so he took off his mask and he put his mask into his pocket. He was trying to remember the boy. But he couldn't. His mind was blown and he couldn't think. Sadık drunk some water. Then he asked the child if he wants some. The boy was tired and dirty. Sadık was nervous about him so much. Even he doesn't know him.

"My name is Girne Kuzey.. Nice meeting you too Mister Sadik, Sir." He said after clearing his throat. (Kuzey is the last name he was given by the man who brought him up.) Knowing that he probably shouldn't, he accepts the water and has himself a drink. Little Girne thanks Sadik for the water and offers to be on his way. "Sorry if this is private territory...I was just curious.." He couldn't wait to add this area to the map he was drawing.

"So your name is Girne. Hmmm not a bad name." he said. "So you are trying to see things in here." he said exitedly. Sadık thought he was a adventure lover so he took his interest. "No it is not mine. Even if it was you can walk in here as you want. I love the curiousity and the people who has that." he said. "Are you trying to climb that temple? Can I come with you? I want to see the temple. I am sure that place is interesting so I want to go there." He smiled. "Climbing there will be exiting" he said. At that moment the feeling was getting warmer and warmer. What was that child? Why did he took his interest so much?

He stands there silently staring at Sadik for a while. Not many people have been this nice to him before. This made Girne feel a little bit better about the situation. "...You talk a lot." he replied with a smile and then continued. "I'm going to the very top, you are free to join me if you truly wish to." He wasn't going to force the man to come along and he wasn't about to tell Sadik to buzz off either. He just simply wanted to give the other the option to come with or not to.

"Hahahahah. Really do I?" He said happily. "So you are going to the top. You are a real adventure lover, aren't you?" he asked. He was trully impressed by the young one's courage. "You are a brave child. I would delighted. I am coming with you Girne or should I say Kuzey? I remembered my young days now because of you." he said. Sadýk was happy to follow him. The child really seemed different to Sadýk because of his bravery. But where were they really going? What was waiting them in that temple? What memory from the past?

The man's voice was really comforting, familiar almost, but that would be just silly for Girne to point out to him. With a small nod he says, "You may just call me Girne though... Please, right this way." He turns around and heads back on up the steps being sure to take very careful steps. He didn't want to risk almost falling down the temple's stairway again. Perhaps along the way somethings'll be remembered, after all this kid shares the same name as Sadik's long lost baby, just saying...

"Okay then Girne. Show the way, please." The child's voice, name, appearance, attitudes and speaking was familiar to Sadık. He reminded him his youth and his child. And there was that strange feeling too. So he couldn't stop asking a question. "Where and who is your father, Girne?" he asked. He couldn't take his eyes from him. He was watching him from his back. He tilted his head to clear his head. He wasn't thinking about the temple which was waiting for them. He was just thinking about himself, his own son and this child who was named Girne by Sadık actually but he didn't knew that for that moment.

"You mean my keeper..?" With a small sigh Girne replied to Sadik. Telling him how, as a young child Girne was founded by a Pot Salesman; being told that he was found in a rather large pot as a baby after a group of sketchy looking men came through the Salesman’s shop Girne never really knew his father. "..So, I don't really have a dad... He didn't even want me.." He continues, his eyes lighting up, "What if he left me for dead?...Or, or...Or! Maybe he ran away and became some kind of crazy pirate-witch-doctor-person..!!" He can't help but to think that last part was kinda cool, but then he shrugs as his smile fades away. "Not that any of it matters...He must not have wanted me if he would just let me go like that....After all, I was just a baby..." Girne starts feeling a bit down and shakes his head to clear his mind of these thoughts.
As he’s speaking, he continues making his way up the temple side stopping a moment later, when he shakes his head, for a short break from climbing up. He rubs his eyes with the back of his wrist tryig to correct his suddenly blurry vision. Ugh, what was he thinking? Telling this stranger his stories, and almost all his secrets, was this wrong of him to do…? Girne wasn't sure why, but it felt okay and safe to talk with this man. And he liked hearing this man speak to him. There was just, something....Something about that guy's voice that just soothed the boy, Girne.
