(xD so, adventure time! anything I write in red is Lovi, anything in white is NPC where I get to screw around with you ~ lets have some fun~) "...Antonio..." Lovi's voice nearly cracked with fear as they stood in front of a dark cavern with only lanterns to get them through it. "... I don't like this..." 'This' being following a treasure map to this dank, old cave. Sure, treasure sounded great, but he really didn't want to go in the cave - it was fucking scary!
He was nearly clinging onto his Boss's arm and shaking like a leaf, wanting to just go back to the ship and siesta the whole thing away. Licking his lips, he turned fearful eyes on the rest of the crew with them - Afonso, who held the map; Cái, who looked way too perky to be sane; Thiago who wasn't nearly as perky but looked fine; Emma, who didn't seem all that bad off, and Francis, who Lovi couldn't really read the face of because by then he was turning pleading eyes back to Antonio. "C-can we not do this?"

Francis eyed the entrance to the cave disdainfully. He couldn't see much through the gloom, but it looked neither interesting, nor clean. Shifting the lantern he was holding into his right hand he placed the left on his hip with a frown. Part of him wanted nothing more than to turn to Antonio and tell him just how awful an idea he thought this was.
However, a larger part of him wanted to mess with the Italian man- and besides, clinging to the captain in small dark spaces was probably a good relationship builder. "You're not scared are you?" He snickered. "Don't be such a coward~"
Beckoning to the rest of his crew mates he began making his way into the cave.

Antonio simply smiled at the Italian on his arm, hoisting Cortés up with his free hand as he looked at his crew. "It's been a while since we've been on a real treasure hunt, and according to Afonso's navigational skills, this is the place. Well...his skills and my own, seeing as how I had to double check him."
A ripple of laughter went through the crew as Afonso lightly punched the Spaniard in the arm--it was funny how like brothers they acted. Pointing his halberd forward and grinning wildly, the Spaniard shouted, "Come on, then! For the Madre!"

"I got us lost once!" He punched Antonio again for good measures, before looking away with a scowl. Okay, so it was more then once, but that was besides the point! He couldn't help it he'd been without a compass for a good while. But soon that scowl vanished, and an amused look crossed his face at the captains enthusiasm. Double checking the map, he nodded to himself, they were heading in the right direction.
He hoped. He would blame Antonio if they got lost.
Rolling the map up for the time being, he glanced around the other members of the crew. Or really, just towards Thiago and Cái out of sheer habit. He didn't know why, but ever since he had met the two he just felt an odd protectiveness over them. He didn't understand why, but then again, Afonso had learned to just live with those odd notions.

(Totally forgot about Cái XD thanks Lily!)
Nearly bouncing on his toes with excitement - something about treasure hunting... well, getting loads of treasure all at once to be specific, filled him with a glee that was entirely inexplicable and yet oh so wonderful that he didn't question it. Perhaps he really just liked treasure hunting? .... not that he'd ever done it before (he thought, at least).
Checking for what would be nearly the twentieth time that his blades were still hidden up his sleeves, he glanced up just in time to catch Afonso's eye. Tilting his head the slightest bit, he sent a happy grin to the man. For some reason, even though he knew that the portuguese man was mothering him, it didn't bother him nearly as much as when Yao would do it.
