Name: Eduard Von Bock
Country of Origin: Estonia
Gender Male
Age: 17
Height: 5'5
Weight: 119 lbs
Appearance: Blond haired, green eyes. His medium length blond hair falls just under his eye brows. He's pale, tall and thin, but still shorter than his older brother. He looks like he has missed a few meals. He's incredibly pale due to his lack of sun exposure from working inside whole life. Despite being thin he is in no way a wimp. He works with heavy machinery for a living. While he may not be setting any records soon, he's strong enough to lift heavy parts up and dismantle medium machinery with some resistance. When an oil mark gets on his face, it only makes him look that much paler. In terms of dress, one normally can find Eduard in a simple suit of brown. His shirt is a white button-up, but clearly his occupation often make keeping it white difficult. Black suspenders hold up his brown pants. Simple black dress shoes finish off his classic if slightly impoverished look. However just like a cherry on top of ice cream, Eduard likes to keep a brown Gatsby around to finish off his look. Eduard also keeps a pair of glasses on at all times as he cannot see without them. He's never without set of tools either, which he keeps in a leather satchel. A real engineer would never walk outside of his home without a set of tools.
Crew member of:
Status:
Personality: He is a tinkerer, machines are perhaps the most interesting things to him. He loves to solve problems. It's something of a challenge to his intelligence. He often prepares for the worst scenario possible, and compulsively keeps his work-bench clean and organized. If he's not sleeping or reading, one could find him at his work-bench tinkering around with his latest toy, or machine. Of course his greatest asset is his skill with nearly all forms of machinery. Whether it's fixing, or building, or even destroying. Eduard can do it faster, and better than anyone else, or so he believes. However due to his lack of experience due to his age, his actual skill is debated constantly, but no one doubts that given more time that he could become a great.
Eduard is normally calm, but he's addicted to coffee. He hates it when people steal his mug, or even mess with another persons cup of coffee. It;s his favorite drink. If given the choice between giving up coffee, and dying... He'd choose to die, Though he tends to keep his professional mask on he can be quite perverted at times... With or without the help of alcohol. Considering though that alcohol gives him a headache, he tends to stay away from the stuff. However he's truly innocent despite what he may say. He's never done anything before, despite how perverted he may ever become. He's not so great in social, so girlfriend is out of the question considering he couldn't hold a conversation with a pretty girl any way. However he is still discovering himself as a person... So, he may not be attracted to girls at all, or he may like both... He's just a teenager discovering life.
Eduard's personal philosophy is one of perfection... “It isn't good unless it's perfect, jaa?” He couldn't trust a proto-type machine to be applied if it hadn't been tested, and debugged, and that's exactly how he rules his life with time tested metal, and precision. He does the same things every morning, the same exact way, at the same exact time, just like clockwork. Many of his fellows see this as unnatural, but it's how he works, he doesn't even understand it. As a small child he had a love of spiders and carries a small silver spider trinket, as a reminder to always keep the world in a sense of wonder, much like how he viewed the spiders ingenuity, and beauty.
Considering his meek size, he is incredibly courageous and bold. However due to being so small he has been bullied and picked on. Which has left an intense psychological scar on him. This often leaves him open to bullying as a form of control, and manipulation. He would rather people do his fighting for him, but in extreme situations when he isn't paralyzed with fear he will fight for himself with a large wrench.
History:
He grew up in a large city... A bustling metropolis on the northern coast of Estonia. Maardu... The wonderful home of Eduard Von Bock... Innocently the Estonian grew up in the sheltered world of school. Always in the pursuit of knowledge, but from a young, Eduard's parents realized that he was different. Together they would sit and watch the spiders weave their deadly, and beautiful traps. Eduard would sit there enraptured by the ingenuity.
His father was a mechanic working for a wealthy Russian family, when at the age of 7 he helped his father fix the families vehicle in their shop. Eduard told himself that one day when he grew up, he would work with machinery all his life. Something he took to heart as a young boy.
Since his father needed his help at the shop he never got a true education, but he did learn how to fix up a car, or the washing machine. Something that was quite useful because to replace the machine was so expensive. However he did go to school at least twice a week to catch up on work and take tests. However, he rarely did worse than an A on anything. Despite not having a consistent school-boy upbringing, Eduard was incredibly intelligent, and learned thing almost instantly. It's something that he learned to utilize in the shop as well. To help his father who was growing older as well.
When Eduard was 14; during a family trip to the capital, Tallinn, which was also the most advanced city as well, Eduard saw many heavy machines used to modernize the city. From that moment on when ever he slept he saw the city in it;s beautiful lights, and as the suns light cast heavy shadows for the many light to illuminate. Inspiring him further to devote his life to working with the nuts and bolts of heavy machinery. In the light of ingenuity he decided to, go to school for engineering. Something that would take years to complete.
His parents took him to the university and pleaded with the headmaster to let him in. The headmaster repeated no to the family. Fortuitously, the Russian man who's car the young Eduard had helped fixed was one of the most influential people in the Estonia also held a powerful position too, the person paying the headmaster's check. He let the young student into the university to study engineering.
Grateful that the man had let their son in to the university, they pledged their loyalty to him. Eduard obsessed in the subject. Reading through text books memorizing details, and instructions. While also actively applying what he was learning, and in three years he had attained his degree in engineering. Something few could say they have ever done...

How They Died:
As the steam pressure meter began to verge into the red. “Crap. What's happening?! What's going on?!” The blonde engineer screamed into a radio. The speaker didn't crackle back at Eduard as he looked intensely back at it, as if willing the radio to talk to him.”Someone answer me!” He commanded.
“I'm sorry, but your little assistant... He's no more. In a better place ,nein? A German voice cracked back at him.
“Ei, ei, ei! Ei, this is all wrong!” His mind was racing, with his assistant dead no one would be able to control the flow of steam.
“Good bye.” The German told him calmly as he slammed the door loudly enough for the engineer to hear.
“At least it'll be quick...” He said to himself. He picked up his coffee cup, crying. “To enjoy the simple pleasures before your death... Is there a better way to go?” Inside he could feel a tiny voice telling him “Yeah... NOT dying would be a great way to go!”
The pipes began to sizzle and sweat as the super-heated steam began to compromise their structure. “1... 2... 3.” Simultaneously all the pipes busted releasing the super-heated steam instantly killing the engineer... But he was happy. He got to have one last drink of coffee.
Did you read the rules? Who is a Beastie?: Captain Jack Sparrow... Or so the tales say.
