Name: Roderich Edelstein
Country of Origin: Austria
Gender Male
Age: 24
Height: 5’9”
Weight: 145
Appearance: Not particularly tall and rather slender, Roderich Edelstein was never a man made for brutish appearances. In fact, he’s quite the opposite with his soft features, pale skin, and short cropped brown hair. An idle strand often stands up and out to drive him mad to no end, but his biggest short coming in his eye sight. Despite the vibrant sapphire color, they are often hidden behind rectangular spectacles that help his constant straining to see properly.
Other quirks are the small mole bellow his lip, and rather ‘over the top’ fashion sense. Whether it comes to gold or well placed lace, Roderich believes that a well dressed man is far better than a man who runs about in barbaric attire. While sitting beside a piano is his favorite spot, it's rather impractical when on the move. Aside from this, he is often seen toting around a slender electric violin.

Personality:
Roderich’s personality can be seen by the naked eye as conservative at best. However, a number of well hidden layers exist behind glass lenses. While being a deep thinker, he often over thinks things and is prone to a moderate rage. However he has a hard time expressing himself when it comes to this, and often turns to other remedies to help vent his emotional distress. Roderich is usually seen as a gentlemen; acting accordingly with well articulated speech and manners.
Sometimes, it’s hard to tell if he was born to be an aristocrat or a prince judging by how he reacts to getting his hands dirty. Despite this, intellect usually plays in how he currently reacts to people, for only a spare few often prod his calm composure to a point of it breaking. When this occurs, the Austrian is better left to his devices; however the sight is usually comical at best. Anger isn't something he's used to, but aggravation is an entirely different story.
History:
Roderich Edelstein was one of the few children in the world to be born into wealth. His family had been a long existing line of survivors who knew how to ‘tweak’ the system to their advantage, and profit from selling and collecting dire necessities when the world needed it most. In its current state, the young Austrian was lavished in a number of pleasantries. Good food, good clothing, good immediate company. What wasn’t wonderful was his inability to interact with children his own age. Rough housing and other physical activities often left Roderich hurt or unwilling to try again. His parent’s remedy for this was to take him a more intellectual route.
The young boy took to music rather well, and with it, he learned the proper ways of interacting with his peers who were of the same caliber. Things seemed well until a raid ripped through his home and a number of others, leaving no explanation other than that whomever had ripped through the town was in search for something. His parents had perished in the disaster and Roderich’s eye sight had been damaged as well. Thankfully, glasses fixed this problem, but even to this day he feels as if his eye sight gets worse by the day.
Being the only one to uphold the family etiquette, the young man took what fortune he still had and attempted to rebuild. However, without the same experience as his late parents, former acquaintances turned their back on him. This left him open to thieves, one of whom had tried to steal something rather important from his family collection. In retaliation to catching her, the fleeing thief had left without realizing he had taken something rather important from her. The talk of gypsies had always been looked down upon in his inner circle. However, there had been something he found interesting in the woman that night and used the object as a means of getting her to return.
He was the brains and she was the bronze. It was a combination that the young Austrian felt to be beneficial as time went on. She’d help rebuild his empire and he’d help her become a ‘real’ woman. The idea was pleasant, he only wished he could see her better along the way.
