Yong Soo frowned lightly on hearing that the other was a government fugitive, wondering what exactly the point was in imprisoning a young girl for so long. After a tense moment, he shook his head in response to her request, a bemused half-grin tilting his head. “I don’t see a need to turn you in, da ze. Again, you obviously don’t want to be found, and it’s none of my business why.”
Though, being completely honest, he did momentarily consider turning her in for information on his family—who’s to say if any of them had been taken West?—In the end, though, there just seemed something…dishonorable about doing something like that.
‘Dishonorable? Jesus, da ze, my other half is rubbing off;;’ Yong Soo snorted slightly, and then suddenly found himself with an armful of Canadian. His eyes widened slightly, a faint blush crossing his cheeks, his arms hanging awkwardly out around Mattie as the other began to thank him. “N-No problem, da ze,” he blinked at the soft smile, the blush growing at the blonde’s words. ‘Me? Important?’ Before he could fully register that, the young miss suddenly moved closer, distracting the Korean with the faint lingering scent of her perfume.
“The Salty Sea,” he murmured, nodding hazily as she withdrew. He would remember. He watched her go, the heat in his face slowly dying, and shut his eyes. A moment later, he was blinking in warm sunlight, confused. “Huh? Where’d she go, da ze?” Yong Soo looked around, and then, shrugging, swung his arms up behind his head, whistling faintly to Sang Ki as his mind wandered back to sky-blue eyes…
