It might just be me, but what I keep forgetting to tell people why sometimes I'm not around. Apart from me having a life ( don't worry I don't like it sometimes =_=;; ) is I'm waotin for replies to topics~ because it's just me, I prefer order kinda, like of my haracter is in Russia and doing something, he won't really be anywere else but there untill he moves with his crew. I don't like to have my characters scattered around. I do however lurk and check my threads for replies. I'm so bad with this kinda stuff 
I now however will try to make new threads with peeps (if they are willing) in other places! Like Prussia... I wouldn't mind some prussaus... But no dragging Russia to Germany people D: he stole a ship here... He shouldn't really be there lol
so I hope this explains my weirdness with posting. I do this in all my forums. Like this one that had eeryone scattered everywere and it was supposed to have a kinda story line and places... And I couldn't bring myself to like make Roddy be at 5 places at once... Because the forum wasn't suppsed to be like that. Then I got booted cuz the Hungary took a while to reply so I waited and when she did I was kinda "...meh" about replyng. And the forum never really appeal
